Do not use this car service. They abandoned my wife at Pars CDG airport because she was 15 minutes late to get to the pickup point because of a long passport line. They also cheat on waiting times, measuring them from the time the plane landed, if you don’t specifically specify otherwise. Fares are above those of normal taxis but the service is well below. They refused to refund any of our 58-euro pre-booked fare causing us to spend another 50 euros on a normal taxi to get into Paris. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
